Please be aware that the University of Luxembourg does not collaborate with nor maintains partnerships with student recruitment agencies.

First, you need to choose a study programme you want to apply for. You can apply for a maximum of three programmes.
Please note: Once an application has been created, it cannot be modified or deleted.
Find out whether you meet admission requirements for the University of Luxembourg using our tool below.
The specific admission criteria for each programme are detailed on the respective webpages. You must also demonstrate proficiency in all the teaching languages of your chosen programme. Language requirements are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Required documents
We recommend that you prepare all the required documents before starting your application. The documents needed depend on your chosen study programme and your background. Below you will find a list of the documents most frequently requested. This list is not exhaustive, and your chosen programme may require additional documents. When you apply, the system will indicate which documents you need to upload in order to submit an application for your chosen study programme.
All documents need to be uploaded in PDF, JPG or PNG format. Maximum size per document: 5 MB.
For candidates from a country that is not a member of the European Union: If you receive an admission letter, you will need to provide an extract from your criminal record as part of your immigration procedure. We strongly recommend that you request a criminal record extract from your country of residence in advance, so that it does not hold up the procedure with the Ministry of Home Affairs, General Department of Immigration. We suggest requesting this document no later than the beginning of April, even if you have not yet received the result of your application.
