Changing programme

Students wishing to change from one programme to another must:

  • have applied to their preferred study programme during the application period and be admitted to the programme;
  • inform the Student Department of their intention to change study programme within the first two weeks of the beginning of the winter semester.

The student Department can only validate this change if it has been approved by the Study Programme Director.

It is not possible to change programme between the winter semester and the summer semester.

Withdrawing from a programme (leaving the University)

Students who wish to cancel their registration must inform the Student Department through the Student Service Portal and return their student card back to the Student Department.

Enrolment fees that have already been paid cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances.

The Student Department can issue a document confirming cancellation of enrolment upon request.
