The University and Cigale asbl., the Centre for support, training and empowerment for LGBTQ+ persons, signed an agreement for on-campus support of staff and students of the University.
The agreement foresees regular visits of an expert (e.g. a psychologist) from Cigale to either Belval or Kirchberg campus, to meet persons individually and provide support for questions or issues they face.
The visits will start on a schedule of once per month and will later be scheduled according to requests for the service. To request support, students and staff can use Karaconnect, the University’s platform dedicated to wellbeing. The service will be provided free of charge and will respect the privacy of students and staff.
