Gender Equality at the University
The University of Luxembourg considers gender equality as a major issue to support scientific excellence. A gender equality policy was approved on 21 May 2021 by the Board of Governors. Its main objectives are to promote gender diversity in research and academic careers; to promote women, as an underrepresented gender, in management positions and to ensure that training, promotion and employee evaluations procedures are gender-sensitive.
